                                                                                        Before You Book — Quick Requirements

  • Hours: Drop-off appointments begin at 8:30am sharp. If you need earlier, please book the night before. I close at 8:00pm sharp, so any pickups needed for after that will need to be scheduled for the next morning.
  • Scheduling & Punctuality: Requested times are not guaranteed and may be adjusted slightly. I own and operate a high-volume home and auto insurance agency, so drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled around pre-set meetings and calls. Select the time you’re needing and I’ll confirm on my end with you if those times work. Once your time is confirmed, please arrive on time. Due to my main job, appointments are scheduled in 30-minute increments, so late arrivals may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. I need to remain fair to all of my clients. If you live further away, please check your GPS traffic ahead of time, especially around the holidays. 
  • Nails: Dogs must arrive with trimmed nails for safety. If not, please select the Nail Trim add-on during booking. I have a neighbor that’s a professional groomer that can handle those nails. 
  • Food: Bring only the amount of food needed for the stay (no large bags/containers). You’re welcome to pre-portion meals into a large Ziploc bag if that’s easier.
  • What to bring: I provide beds, crates, toys, and stainless steel bowls—everything your dog needs during their stay. All you need to bring is their food, any medications, and optional treats or dental chews.
  • Drop-off safety: Dogs must arrive collared or harnessed and leashed. Do not remove the leash. I will handle all transitions.
